Cancellation

Cancellations incur a charge of 15 percent of the reservation

General Cancellation Conditions

1. Reservation
Any reservation confirmed by a deposit payment results in the opening of a customer file and acceptance of these conditions.

2. Payment

• NON-REFUNDABLE price: 100% of the stay due, non-refundable.
• Other rates: 30% deposit upon booking, balance according to the terms provided.

3. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be reported by phone/SMS and then confirmed by email.

4. Cancellation fees

• Day -07 to Day 0 : 100% of the stay
• Day -10 : 65% of the stay
• Day - 15 : 50% of the stay
• Day -20 : 25% of the stay
• Day -30 : 15% of the stay

5. Miscellaneous provisions
Cancellation fees are due to Résidence La Mayt in Vars Sainte-Marie as compensation.

General cancellation policy applicable on all rates, excluding special rates that specify specific cancellation policies

Animals incur a charge of 20,00 € / animal / night

Dogs allowed

• Subject to breed, categories 1 and 2 not accepted.
• depending on the apartment (not all accommodations accept dogs)
• Price: €20/night. Weekly rate: €100. Security deposit of €400 to €800 depending on the accommodation.
• Dog waste: Dogs must relieve themselves away from the buildings . Owners are responsible for picking up all dog waste anywhere on the premises. We thank you for respecting these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents.
